I won an ebay auction for an Oklahoma chip.
I sent a cash payment.
Three weeks and no chip.
I sent the seller an email.
No response.
After another week (over a month total) I posted a negative feedback.

THEN! he responds:
"Thanks for the negative feedback. Please don't buy any more chips from me."

My question is:
He doesn't deliver the chip, he does no follow-up, and he won't respond to emails. Why would I be inclined to buy any more chips from him?
