Scott and Estelle arrived early this morning to the Port of San Pedro from a U.S. West Coast cruise. At this time they are motoring towards their home, which is near the fire area.

Estelle tells me that they have been in-touch with a friend who was evacuated at 3:30 this morning and when that friend went to an evacuation site, they passed by the Hartman's home (which is outside the evacuation area).

They reported that their home is OK, but I'm sure Scott and Estelle will feel better once they arrive there and see for themselves.

In the meantime, I asked Estelle if she could try Jay Sands, as they have Jay's cell number. The call went to voice mail.

So, no word on Jay.
