Though I am home, my Department is still in the Mississippi Biloxi/Gulfport area. They are still working the looter detail on Highway 90.

When Hurricane Rita came through the area, it flooded what was left on Highway 90. As the water receded, what was once under sand came to the surface. Alot of what came to the top was chips and tokens. They are everywhere, from the middle of the roadway to various parking lots near the barges. Since they are no longer inside the Casino barges and not on private property, looting laws do not apply.
