There is a mention of a game called Tango on the Frontier Club matches. What kind of game is that? I noticed a lack of phone numbers. Were phones not permitted in gambling joints?. I remember at the River Downs Race Track, here in Cincinnati, they did not have public phones back in the 1960s. Any info is appreciated.
