Tom moore was the origianl owner. he then brought in Phil safir to get the club reopened after it got shut down. Phil was in good with all the judges and police. So tom and one other partner told Phil if he could get the club reopened and keep it open for 60 days they would make him a equal partner.

i've had many interesting conversations with Phil about this. Though I NEED some chips or cards for Phil. Does anyone have access to these chips. Phil still owns the building where the club used to be. He leased the club to someone back in 1986. The person he leased it to closed the business and ran off with all the memorabilia. Phill does not care about that he would just like to have some of the Chips and cards back.
