More fraudulent eBay emails/identity theft

Wow, these eBay/PayPal fraudulent scam emails are getting more and more sophisticated. The one (reproduced below) I just got would shake up anyone. I highlighted the juicy parts in red. There is no full name or auction number on it. It just accuses me of not sending merchandise and threatens untoward action. Then it has a button (link) to reply. When you click the button, you get an "eBay" form to put down your password, etc. I forwarded it to eBay.

One could start an inexpensive collection by saving these scam letters!

Marketplace Safety Tips
Never respond to an unsolicited email that includes incentives to buy or sell an item off the eBay Marketplace. If you get such an email, please report it to eBay at http://www.ebay.com.my/helpTSForm.

Never pay for your eBay item through instant cash transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram - such services offer Internet shoppers no protection against fraud.

I sent you the money , where's the package ? You promised that after i send the money you send the goods asap . is this a fraud? Please let me know! Should I contact the autorities ?
