I got a set of 5 Sturgis 2000 60th Anniversary / Black Hills Novelty tokens from the cage at the Franklin Hotel about 6 years ago. The following motorcycles are on the chips.

I did not see these tokens at any other casino when I was there. The cashier gave me the impression they were only available at the Franklin Hotel (for whatever that is worth) That is all I know about Black Hill Novelty.
