I think the sweet and syrupy story is that they are or were both employed by the Tropicana as Concierges(?). They apparently fell in love and were married on April 4th, 2004 and the Trop made a chip to commemorate the event.

If any of you locals there in Las Vegas know the story better, please feel free to correct me.
