When you first posted your message about this eBay user I went to eBay and looked at their profile and list of auctions which was about 2 pages long, I checked this morning and nothing absolutely no auctions whatsoever so something is going on with this user appreantly yours isn't the only auction they cancelled.

BTW I have them on my Blocked User list now because this kind of shenanigans cannot be tolerated! They can't just cancel an auction because they didn't like the final price which is lower then the actual value of the chip. This person put the chip up for sale and the auction ends they HAVE to sell it for the final price no ands its or buts!
