After years of being certain these were two different words ("Collectible" noun, an item you collect and "Collectable" adjective, description of the desirability of an item), even to the point of thinking they were being mistakenly interchanged hundreds of times, I finally looked them up tonight and they ARE interchangeable.

I wasn't being anal about it, but in designing a business card with the word on it tonight, I wanted to get it right - so I finally looked it up. And now I'm smarter than I was for the last ten years. LOL
