I sure wish a lawyer would weigh in on this. The fact that I wouldn't be selling the actual protected image is one reason it's probably okay, but the fact that I'm using the protected image to drum up business might still make it an issue.

I'm sure just a "normal" chip without protected images, such as many club members use, is fine for reproduction on a business card. But I'm not near as sure about trading off of a celebrity's image (Secretariat and Turcotte are pictured on the chip).

I'll have to run it by a lawyer because I'm taking it to Churchill Downs, and it's got to be cool.
