I too have been cheated by this guy.

I sent him a check and never got the chip.

I e-mailed him 3 times asking if he got the check and if it was shipped and he never responded.

Since he never responded, I left him negative feedback, only then does respond by leaving me negative feedback saying I never paid him.

Looking at his feedback it seems he must having mail problems, both e-mail and USPS or he is just out to cheat people.

I have not received my bank statement so I do not know if he cashed the check.

It really ticks me off to go through this crap for a lousy $5.99.

Is this guy a club member?
