I just got an email from Nelle Ashby's great grandaughter. Nelle was the wife of George F. Ashby, president of the Union Pacific Railroad. The Ashby's lived in Las Vegas. I'm pretty sure the chip is from the 1950's.

Nelle's granddaughter told me that Bannie Ave in Vegas was named after Nelle (Bannie was her nick name).

The banner says "Be just and fear not". It is inscribed on the Ashby tombstone.

I bet not many Vegas collectors have it. (I know Allan Myers has a gray one)
