I don't know if you are a CC & GTCC member. if you are I would refer you to our code of ethics especially #10.

"To offer on all sales and trades, a 10-day return privilege on any item purchased or traded, unless I have clearly and conspicuously stated that items are sold or traded "as is," and without a return privilege."

I don't know the details of your transaction here, I'm just pointing this out in regards to your general policy.
