From the Press of Atlantic City (See link below). Apparently the new owner wants to put condominums and retail shops.
In this picture the building next to the vacant L shaped land is the Boardwalk Convention Center so I ask you, how is this guy going to build condos and a retail center when there is barely enough room to put any type of a building.
