Jason; You're right ... it is against ebay rules and the club's code of ethics. By all means, report the infractions. You are to be commended for doing so.

Perhaps my point is being misunderstood. All I'm saying is that I could care less if a shill bidder is bidding against me. I don't really pay that much attention to it. I'm going to bid what I'm willing to pay for the item ... shiller be dam*ed... and hope that I win. It has nothing to do with being retired, or how much money I have, or don't have. If I don't win today's item ... maybe tomorrow a similar one will be offered by a different seller.
