I'm taking my family to San Juan in February. Need advice on the best hotel (though my kids are researching) that has direct access to the ocean beach, things for the kids, and a place for gramps to play (casino). But my question for you all is what are the rules now for casinos. When I was last there (1971--wow!) you had to wear a jacket and tie to play in the casinos. Your advice as to the best casino and the conditions for play would be appreciated.
