A "Red cap" is the color of the plastic "capsule" of certain Silver Strikes. They also come in the "Blue Cap". These are produced in a much lower quantity then the regular "Clear Cap".

A "Wet Chip" is the slang term used for chips from cruise ships and day cruises. However, it isn't used for riverboat casinos.
