Thanks Tommy. People have a way of bouncing back. I'm just really glad they all got out of Dodge safely. Right now, they don't know if their stuff is still there...or their apartments and houses. But those can all be replaced. The important thing was they were all smart enough to leave.

As for the Sleep Disorders Center....it may be closed up now, but I'll clean it up and build it again. Right now, I have absolutely no idea what it's like there...and I'm not about to go down until things are cleaned up. My guess is probably 3 weeks or so. Who knows...maybe it didn't get any flooding there at all. I've been lucky before, maybe I'll be lucky again. That's why I have insurance!
