CFA is Cystic Fibrosis Association, Mandan, ND. It was used in two locations / bars about 5-6 years ago, Old Towne Tavern and The Roundup. I got my chips at those locations while on a vacation. Luke Rapley's new guide lists them as being used at 129 & 13th St, Bismark, ND. Note, I do not doubt Luke's info as ND charities can / do have multiple locations and do move from bar to bar over time.
