The other explanations are:

If your post follows a post made by a known Troll and the only the Troll message is deleted (by Greg, not the Troll) then your reply becomes disengaged from the thread and may appear to disappear. The message should still be there and can be found by doing a search on Message Posted By. Or, if a Troll posts several messages in a a thread and several people make reply posts, it is possible for Greg to have all the messages in the entire thread deleted with one click, instead of individual clicks for each post. I can see this happening when it can be seen that only deleting the Troll posts will result in a bunch of disengaged messages.

This is what I would suspect happened to your messages and there is no maliciousness there.
