I took the Tennessee Real Estate exam today and actually passed. Since I have been "retired" for the last 3 years I have no idea what I am going to do with the license other than save money on commissions on houses I plan to rehab. Since we rehabbed youngest daughter Susans house a few months ago I have been anxious to do another one. Not only that but if I ever sell my house I will save at least 25% of the commission and will cover the cost of the liscense and then some. Who knows I may actually go back to work.
