I have found , the biggest problem , is that without global priority , or registered mail , you cannot confirm the delivery of a parcel.

I was burned by a canadien , that said he never got a $5 chip , before i knew what happened , he , and 2 other canadiens had not received a total of $75 in chips/ strikes

I send outside us ONLY registered , or Global Priority....and i SHip NOTHING , And MORE NOTHING without delivery confirmation inside the US.
