I think you were a couple of years before my time. My memories include Bruno S., Bobo Brazil, Argentina Apollo, Killer Kawalski, and others during the early 60's... that's as far back as I can remember.

The blood, by the way, was always real (and still is to this day). If there's going to be a red match, they either blade themselves before the match, or during the match (or the other guy does it). A lot of these guys aren't pretty, close up!
