if the bigger size is needed to accomodate the RFID innards, or did they just want the chips to stand apart visually, for sorting purposes? I'm wondering what we can expect, if the HR decides to RFID their entire rack - would all HRs be upgraded to the bigger size (and would they be able to get such a waiver)?
