When going to the above webpage (which by the way, is a page on this overall website (ChipGuide) you will see three different versions of both of the chips you have.

The basic story is as follows:

The casino order chips. The casino never opened. The chip manufacturer did not deliver the chips. The chip manufacture, at the time had a retail store, and decided to sell the chips from the store. However, before selling, the manufacturer over-printed the chips with a starburst pattern in a process known as hot-foil stamping. Acetone will remove the gold-colored foil (which has been done to many of the over-stamped chips) however, the stamp pattern will remain on the chip.

Which of the three versions do you have. I will tell you that only the first listed version (i.e., those without the hot-stamping impression) have a value, while the hot-stamped versions (with and without the gold-colored foil showing) are only valued at several dollars each.

Perhaps another reader can quote the price guide value of these chips (I am away from my reference material).
