But who knows all the facts. The questions you ask are very valid but only a detective with a lot of time would be able to figure it out. No idea if anyone paid and didn't get what they won. I know 3 people who were high bidders and didn't pay because of evasive answers to questions, lack of email response and refusing to meet in person to complete the deal. All of these are classic signs of an ebay scammer. Add a hotmail email address and refusing to return phone calls to his ebay listed phone numbers and it all stinks. I wish I would of decided to check his photo of the Sands $5 when the auction went up but because I had the chip and he had 100's of positives, it didn't even cross my mind but as things became clear talking with 3 of the high bidders, I decided to check and sure enough, he was selling my chip!
