I am finishing getting all the chips from the convention into my list and I have one that Iwonder about. OK, I several I wonder about, but this one in particular.

Crown Casino, New Orleans, LA

Hat & Cane Mold (short cane I believe), 4 orange inserts (triangle shaped)4 lt green inserts, chip is purple, inlay is purple, gold crown w/ white print around edge of inlay. Denom is $500. There is an intricate diamond and triange, pattern on both sides cut into inlay (no color), can be seen by reflection of light, and felt. I have no scan.

My questiojn is- Is this a cancelled chip, a fake, or did somebody accidently have a $500 chip in their $2 bin.

I believe that is where I got it.

Any ideas oh great and all knowing chippers (my it is getting deap in here). Seriously any help would be appreciated.
