I just rented it last night and loved it too. But the daggone DVD was messed up. It got stuck repeatedly throughout the movie and wouldn't play at all or there was no sound. Ruined what would have been a blast watching it. Not my DVD player, the disc was messed up.

First DVD I ever got that didn't work right. I got credit for it from the store but it still ruined what was going to be a surprise delight -- much like "Pulp Fiction" and "Get Shorty" was. Them's the breaks. Maybe I'll rent it again but I missed my chance to get wowed! BUMMER, man.

Only so often does a movie catch you off guard and absolutely delight you. On my short list: "Get Shorty," "Pulp Fiction," "The Prince of Tides," "Bat Man," (the one with Danny Devito), "Mad Dog Time," (check that relatively unknown one out everybody, it's great), and now, "Sin City."
