Arabi Social Club, Louisiana, monogram chip

I recently came across these two die cut monogram inlay chips.

(1) The Arabi Social Club, Louisiana, has a similar inlay chip, but there the small "c" is superimposed over the lower right of the "A". I was about to close Hertel's "Illegal Chip Price Guide" when I noticed his hard-to-see faint picture of this chip, too. He values it at $80. It is also from the Arabi.

(2) I posted this the other day. They have an unusual mold that I have only seen once before -- on the plain blue chip, below. That is the only plain one of these that I have-- I got it many years ago. The blue one has a flat slick-surface center, I guess for an inlay (or hot-stamp?). The outer rim (beyong the slick circle in the center) is granular on the surface (I trust you can see it in the scan). And there is a ridge right at the edge of rim (like a very low fence). Not at all like the USPC inlays. Not in the USPC book. Can anyone ID it?I don't intend to add it to my mold list because hardly any chips will come up like it, and I don't know anything about the history of the mold. $10 each for these.
