So, Ole makes plans to take Lena and the kids to Las Vegas for a vacation away from all the chores in the Minnesota back woods......killin' the pigs, saltin' the fish, diggin' the turnips, tendin' to the still. He organizes it so that he and Lena can set aside two evenings a week to eat out in a nice place with soft music, thick steaks and everything.
