Carl, I am sad to say it is not.
These people (oil, other) don't know how to build new plants to refine oil.
As for now I just keep watching Texas City blow up and up and up.
They tell us it is because of fighting, plants that go down (geesh I would not have #$%! that one)but they say it is under control.
YEAH RIGHT!!! More money for who???
