I must say that I am very disappointed with the $5 Riv "convention" chip. The club chip, on the left, is a fine example of how beautiful and significant a chip COULD be. The live chip on the right is, IMO, neither beautiful nor significant. No mention of Preserving Gaming History and heaven forbid that the letters CCGTCC ever again appear on a live chip. Some may appreciate the play on words, but I don't collect potato chips and I typically don't like cartoonish chips.
Is this a battle lost or will Gaming ever take the club off of it's shi$ list?
Maybe the Riviera simply didn't submit any other design. In that case it would have nothing to do with gaming approval.
