I have to disagree on this one.

The whole idea of the CCGTCC drawing was to get the number of donated roulette chips over Neal's goal of 2005.
I believe the offer worked.
I know some members actually bought roulettes and donated them in order to get in on the jacket drawing.
David Spragg and one other un-named member bought 100 roulettes each and donated them without benefit of getting in the Club offer as they had already donated roulettes and you can only have one drawing ticket.

Neal has been asking for roulettes for 1 year. It would have been a shame if he did not make his goal. I think the Club offer and several people on this board offering other perks for Roulette chip donations put Neal over the top.
