POKER HANDS AND A FEW QUESTIONS ???????

This player made a fatal mistake. See if you can find it . (first hand shown)
I thought he was running for the flush in the end or at least had it . I used some thinking skills from reading how he played other hands and took a fat chance. Lucky me this could have turned out much different.

The second hand seen were three kids who came in pushing hard . Took a few rounds to knock one out.
I am learning so much but can't seem to play well when people I know are around. Just seeing the names of some of the chipboard players makes me fall apart . Jay, once, landed on a table with me and I was doing fine until I discovered who he was . I could tell he was a good player and held my own until I said , "Nice chip are you a collector"

Seriously I can't function in the chipboard tourneys. I don't know how to overcome it . That is why you don't see me in more of them
Any suggestions on how to overcome this?

The following were on a N L 1/2 6 seat table. I went in this one with about 60 or 80 to start the game with .
