I'm with you about, say, 75%. (That's a good thing.)

One thing I cannot do is conclude that Vic is necessarily being dishonest, but the resume he posted, rambling on for a hundred or more lines, actually borders on symptoms of obsessive/compulsive. Submitted to a website of the St. Petersburg Times (if I remember correctly), it's a matter of public information. I suppose I am also disappointed in a counter-example for my generally positive impression of military veterans.

A few people have actually inquired on this subject, and in fact a post today is titled "Wondering About This Guy" referring to Vic. That being said, I'll withdraw my claims, and will even attempt to delete the post if I can figure out how to do it.
