Does "include your snail mail address" do people NOT understand.

This is my second post this time around and in BOTH cases, half of the message that I received had chip request with OUT a mailing address!!!

Come on people, I tried sending chips via email in the past, and it just does NOT work!!!!

If you do not include your mailing address, how do you expect to get any chips???

Thanks for letting me blow off some steam here, but I mean, either people these days can not read, understand, or follow simple instructions!!!
