It included the file password_accept.zip

Once again, the catch is that if my password was updated, I wouldn't get the email, because my email software would have had the _OLD_ password.

So it's impossible. Just like the one that says your account has been suspended. If it's suspended, you can't get the mail, saying it's suspended. But it does include the virus laden zip file as well.
