chip won at the auction. That fee is 10% of the fnal closing auction amount. Plus, if you're bidding "live" & pick-up your chip at the auction, you have to pay Nevada state tax (whatever that percentage is). As far as how much goes to the Building Fund...I don't believe any of it does unless the sale of an item lists that the proceeds of the sale go to the Building Fund. Hope I'm right on this... Steve B
