I agree with Ralph, I have doubt that he has the chips. Interesting that he has never sold chips before, never bought chips, only sold a bunch of low end post cards and similar items since February.. and now suddenly he has made the move to selling very desirable high end chips. He even cleaned the dirt off the chips when he altered the images. Seems like it would be a lot more work to do that than to just do a quick scan of a chip if you have it in stock. Another red flag is that he only accepts checks and money orders from US customers and only Western Union MO's or Cash from overseas bidders. On his previous auctions he accepted PayPal.. why the sudden switch of acceptable payment methods? Must be afraid PayPal will reverse the charges if the item is not delivered. And 10 days for money orders to clear.. hmmmm. And you would think for 12 bucks he could ship it by Global Priority mail overseas.. heck, I ship overseas by Airmail for a buck.
