Gene that chip was not from the NC casino. It came out long before the casino was open. I was there opening day (for table games when they first issued the chips) and it was hilarious. I was picking up chips to trade and it took them 15 minutes to count out my $300 in various denomination chips. Even the pit boss couldn't get it right.
