In any case, $600,000 or $6,000,000, it's not enough.

"genuine human errors" are not acceptable when dealing with human life.

If you put the wrong sauce on the burger, or put the envelpoe in the wrong mail box, that's an acceptable error.

Cutting off the wrong arm or taking out the wrong kidney is simply NOT acceptable.

These types of "errors" require prison time.
