I thought Harrah's now owned Caesar's and Harvey's and Horizon was the odd man out at South Shore?

I was up at the North Shore a couple of weeks ago - the Biltmore was pretty busy but the other places were near empty. They had a big $10,000 BJ tournament going at the Biltmore - they were using some nice looking NCV chips with inserts. Have any of those made it out into the collecting world?
