Howdy all -

Just wanted to let everyone know that days like today make me very proud to be a member of such a great club. I am honored to be associated with the CCGTCC and in a hobby where the members trust each other, and go out of their way to help each other out.

Case in point:
My old man is very patriotic and loves the "Don't tread on me" logo and flag. He even has it on his business website for some reason (www.advmnc.com). So when I saw that there was a LE chip from El Cortez, I really wanted to get it for him for Father's day. Rob Lange had an extra and offered to sell it to me. I greatfully accepted. As Father's day is rapidly approaching, I asked Rob if the chip had been sent. He immediately replied and said that the chip had been sent some time ago and I should have recived it by now. We concluded that unfortunately, that chip must have gotten lost in the mail (I am beginning to think my postman has started a collection of his own... but that is another story). As time was a constraint Rob contacted one of his friends and got a replacement (as he did not have one to replace it from his own collection) and sent it the next morning via certified mail. I went to the post office this morning and picked up the chip with time to spare before Father's day.

Thanks Rob, and everyone else for the intangables that make this hobby as enjoyable as it is.
