Re: 2nd Request - Help! Value Of These Chips!

You're asking for prices on commemorative chips that have limited interest to serious collectors, Bob. Selling older commems means you're lucky to get face value, as strange as that may sound to newer collectors.

I paid $30 for the Four Queens Superbowl chip shortly after it came out. If it sells at all today, it goes for $5-10. Prices in The Chip Rack for older LE's are for the most part dealer asking prices and don't represent typical sales.

The moral is the same one stated on the BB many times before: if you like modern commemorative chips, buy them.... but don't expect to make money on the collection.
