Help Please....I am new to collecting tokens...Is there a token board to ask questions???

I want to collect only new or uncirculated Colorado tokens...

Is there a price list??? Books???

When a dealer says new,,,uncirculated,,,what does that mean??? Can I expect them to be perfect???
