Ok... maybe pictures will help

I am trying to complete the states shown in red. All I need is a $1 chip from each casino to change the color of the state. In some cases (i.e. Oregon and New Mexico) I only need a single chip to complete it.

Pretend it's an election. Your single chip could change the color of an entire state. How cool is that?
