A co-worker brought back some chips from his latest Vegas trip and he showed me a brand spanking new $0.50 darkblue chip from the Westward Ho. I've had a chip from there in my collection for years, but this one was absolutely pristine and new. Same design as before.

I asked where he got it, he said at the Blackjack table. Apparently the dealer said they had just put out all new $0.50 paulson chips that day.

My friend went to the cashier to get more of these chips but was refused. They told him the only way to get one was to win it from the BJ table.

Well thats just what my friend did. He sat down for 10 hours over 2 days and managed to scoop up 30 pristine $0.50 Paulson chips.

I asked my friend if I could buy some and he said - "How many you want?". I asked for all of them but he said he'd sell me 20.

Now if I could only get about 80 more for my home game... (dream on).

Wonder how often Westward Ho gets new chips? Is this technically a new issue or fall under the old issue?
