The Las Vegas-based Henry Brent Co. has purchased the 758-room Lady Luck Casino Hotel for $10.3 million. There will be an intensive renovation that will add about 20,000 square feet to the casino floor and eventually add up to 300 more hotel rooms at the hotel. The remodeling will begin in three months, cost up to $25 million, and will take about three years to complete.

Doesnt 10 Million sound kind of cheap?? the average home in my home town of Santa Barbara goes for 1 million and thats a small tract home with 2 to 3 bedrooms!!!
