Somewhere between the real metal Room Keys and the new Plastic variety, a few places used the Paper- Cardboard style Room keys shown below. I am not quite sure how they worked, but they have a thin piece of metal foil between two layers of cardboard.

The three keys shown below are from the Claridge Casino in Atlantic City from the 1980's. I have one extra of the Key on the left hand side of the scan available for sale at $10.00 delivered.

The backs of all three keys are the same showing the restaurants at the Claridge.I beleive the key for sale is the oldest of the three since it has Del Webb's in small print above CLARIDGE. Does anyone else have any of these style keys from other Casinos ???
